Sudi grew up on the shores of Lake Michigan, north of Chicago and relocated in 1970 to Hilton Head Island. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of South Carolina and moved here with her husband who attended graduate school at Duke in 1973. Formerly the owner of Sudi?s Restaurant in downtown Durham, (1975-1985), she began selling real estate with Allenton Realty in 1984 and has been successfully representing buyers and sellers with over $75 million in residential sales in the last 16 years. She holds the professional GRI, CRS and ABR designations and is an active member of the Chamber of Commerce, the Durham Association of Realtors and the Home Builders Association. She served on the Board of the Dispute Settlement Center of Durham and is currently on the board of Homes for New Hope, an organization that assists homeless people in becoming self-sufficient. She sells in all areas and price ranges with a special love for fine older homes and custom new construction. She is the Marketing agent for the Tyndrum subdivision off Kerley Road. When she takes a break from real estate, Sudi is most often found (or not!) on her sailboat, "Nandina" or on a ski run in the Rockies!
